3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat brown and granulated sugar with applesauce. Add egg and beat well. Add milk and vanilla. Add flour and beat well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Drop by level tablespoons onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
