Diet Mom's Secret Ingredient Meat Loaf

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 green pepper, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
1/2 cup Heinz 57 bottled sauce (plus a few tablespoons for topping the loaves)

1. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix very well with your hands.
2. Divide the mixture and pat into two loaves using two 8-inch loaf pans.
3. Using the side of your hand, form a trough down the middle of each loaf. Pour some Heinz 57 Sauce into the crease of each loaf.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
