Diet Fantastic Fish

2 tbsp. diet butter
3 oz. chopped onion
3 lg garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 lb flounder fillet
1 tbsp. chopped parsley flakes
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 can crab meat, do not drain
3 tbsp. water

Saute' until clear-butter, onion, and cloves. Then add parsley, oregano, bread crumbs, crab meat and water. In medium size casserole dish, put 1 layer of fish (3/4 pound), spread stuffing mixture, then put another layer of fish (3/4 pound). Top with 2 tablespoons diet butter. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serves 4

1 1/2 fat, 1 bread, 5 to 6 ounce fish, 3/4 ounce limited vegetable.
